Meet Seth
Since joining DeLex Realty, Seth has been acknowledged for being in the top 5 percent of producers in the Arizona market. Seth continues to offer his skills to a growing list of clients. As a 30-year resident of Southern Arizona, he has first-hand knowledge of the area’s top schools, neighborhoods and hidden gems.
Seth began his career in the real estate world working for a real estate developer, learning not only the sales process but the construction process of the homes his clients would live in. While building and renovating several homes, he discovered he had an intuitive feel for the real estate market. He is analytical, results oriented, and his loyal clients would also add caring. Seth listens to his clients’ needs and has the strategic skills to deliver results.
Born in Yuma AZ, Seth attended Arizona Western College where he studied Architectural Drafting and Design. While at AWC, he was a member of The Deans List for Academic achievement.
Seth resides in Sierra Vista with his wife Teri and their 2 children. He enjoys staying involved in the communities in which he works including Sierra Vista, Hereford, Benson, Vail, Tucson, Corona De Tucson, and the southern suburbs of Tucson. Being involved in a public volunteer ministry for over 30 years he is as passionate about the community and its people as he is about homes,
